After the rug has been cleaned we can apply the protector. This barrier coats each fibre to protect against re-soiling and staining. This allows you to simply mop up spillages as it prevents the fibre absorbing spills.

We will then groom the face fibres to leave it in its best possible condition and to allow the protection to go deeper between the fibers of the rug.

How to treat moth infested oriental rugs?....

We found more and  more rugs got damage with moth. This is very important to have your rugs treated as soon as possible. We don't use chemical to kill the moth. We will freeze the rug for few weeks to ensure the moth and theirs eggs are killed.

All rugs with odour causing sources such as urine, mould, mildew, or insect infestations require decontamination.

Rugs that have been flooding will also require the decontamnation bath.

 

 The decontamination bath is the only way to reduce the above odour. Please note that not all odours can be successfully removed. (Some rugs with a latex backing can be challenging).
